We do not collect personal information on this site

There is no sign-up, no enquiry form, and no field anywhere on this site that asks for a name or contact detail. As a result we hold no personal information collected from you here. If you need to reach us or place an order, please use the contact details below or the online store.

Access records kept automatically

Simply opening a web page leaves a record on the server: the IP address you connected from, the time, the address you opened, and the type of browser used. We use these records only to keep the site running and to investigate attacks or errors. We do not examine them to identify individuals, do not combine them with other data, and do not use them for advertising. Records are kept up to a fixed storage limit, and the oldest are deleted automatically once that limit is reached.

Cookies and browser storage

This site uses no cookies for advertising or visitor analytics, and contains no third-party analytics or ad-tracking code. If you dismiss the purchase notice at the bottom of the screen, we store a single marker in your browser so it does not reappear during that visit. That marker stays in your browser, never reaches our servers, and disappears when you close the tab.

Purchases happen on the store site

No payment takes place on this site. Pressing a purchase button takes you to the online store where our products are listed, and from that point the store's own privacy policy applies. Order and payment details are collected and handled by that store; we see them through the store only to the extent needed to ship your order.

Sharing and outsourcing

Because we collect no personal information through this site, we also transfer none to third parties and outsource no processing on account of it. If we later add a feature that does collect information — an enquiry form, for example — we will state what we collect and why in this document before that feature opens.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a halt to the processing of your personal information. Since we hold none from this site, any such request will most likely concern an order placed on the store site. Either way, please tell the privacy officer named below and we will look into it. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may seek help from the Korea Internet & Security Agency's privacy report centre (privacy.kr, 118) or the Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee (kopico.go.kr, +82-1833-6972).
