How We Make and Check Our Content
How we produce the articles in Salt Stories.

The Korean version of this document is the governing text. Other languages are provided for convenience; if the meaning differs, the Korean version prevails.
What we write from
Salt Stories is written by us, JEJU MINERAL SALT. We use AI tools to help draft the text, and the photographs and illustrations in the articles are AI-generated images. Facts about our company and products, however, are only included once we have verified them: our raw material and process, product specifications and labelling, registered patents and trade marks, and the items recorded on test reports. Anything we have not verified, we leave out.
What we do not write
We do not write that our salt prevents or cures illness, nor state as fact what it does inside the body. We avoid superlatives such as "best" or "only", and comparisons that disparage other products. The same goes for figures without a clear source and for unverified contents or prices. Such a figure stays out of the article until its source is clear.
Figures that change often
Price, shipping cost and exchange or return conditions change with the store's circumstances. When such a figure appears in an article we show the date we verified it and ask readers to check the store screen again before buying. A figure left standing without a date only misleads as time passes.
Review and updating
Before an article goes up we check both the facts and the wording: facts against our own records, wording against the standards set out above. When a specification or label changes we revise the affected article, and each article shows the date it was written. Articles are published in the name of JEJU MINERAL SALT rather than an individual.
